𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐲: WPXPO 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞: 2-3 Years 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐲: 25k to 40k BDT (𝐛𝐚𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐨𝐧 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞) 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐝𝐚𝐲𝐬: 5 days/week 𝐍𝐨. 𝐨𝐟 𝐕𝐚𝐜𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐬: 1 𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐓𝐲𝐩𝐞: Full-time [𝐎𝐍-𝐒𝐈𝐓𝐄] 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 ▪️Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, and paid advertising. ▪️Plan and manage digital marketing budgets effectively. ▪️Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) using analytics tools. ▪️Create and schedule engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.). ▪️Manage digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Adroll, and other channels. ▪️Develop and manage email marketing campaigns to drive conversion rates. ▪️Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to optimize campaign performance and identify areas for improvement. ▪️Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling digital content, including website content, social media posts, videos, and graphics. ▪️Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends to inform marketing strategies. ▪️Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and user engagement. 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 ▪️Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. ▪️At least 2 years experience in running ads on Google, Facebook, and AdRoll. ▪️Experience in running retargeting and PPC ads. ▪️Strong understanding of PAID ADS, and META ADS. ▪️Must have knowledge of analytic tools and Digital marketing software. ▪️Good knowledge of On-Page SEO, and outreach. ▪️Working knowledge of utilizing Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager. ▪️Good command of English. Writing and Speaking. ▪️Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. ▪️Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment. ▪️Passion for learning and staying updated on the latest digital marketing trends & best practices.
